We are committed to protecting your privacy on-line. We appreciate that you do not want the personal information you provide to us distributed indiscriminately and here we explain how we collect information, what we do with it and what controls you have.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit or debit card information or other details to help you with your experience.
You are under no obligation to provide any such information. However, if you should choose to withhold requested information, we may not be able to provide you with certain services.
When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect additional information about you, such as the type of internet browser you use, any website from which you have come to the Site and your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognised by our web server. You cannot be identified from this information and it is only used to assist us in providing an effective service on the webite and to collect broad demographic information for aggregate use.
USES MADE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We will use the information you provide to:
• enable us to process your orders and to provide you with the services and information offered through the website and which you request;
• administer your account with us;
• verify and carry out financial transactions in relation to payments you make online;

• carry out research on our users’ demographics and tracking of sales data;
• send you information we think you may find useful or which you have requested from us, including information about our products and services, or potential shopping basket recoveries, provided you have indicated that you do not object to being contacted for these purposes;
You can tell us not to contact you with information regarding our products and services either at the point such information is collected on the website (by checking or un-checking (as directed) the relevant box) or, where you do not wish us to continue to use your information in this way, by following the unsubscribe instructions on any communications sent to you. You can also exercise the right at any time by contacting us using the online contact form.
We may disclose aggregate statistics about visitors to the website, customers and sales in order to describe our services to prospective partners, advertisers, sponsors and other reputable third parties and for other lawful purposes, but these statistics will include no personally identifiable information.
Protecting the safety of children when they use the Internet is very important to us. We recommend that children receive permission from their parent or guardian before gaining access to the Site or sending personal information to us or anyone else online.
We place great importance on the security of all personally identifiable information associated with our users. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control. For example, our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorised personnel have access to personal information. Whilst we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of information will never occur, we use all reasonable efforts to prevent it.
You should bear in mind that submission of information over the internet is never entirely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of information you submit via the website whilst it is in transit over the internet and any such submission is at your own risk.
It is advisable to close your browser when you have finished your user session to help ensure others do not access your personal information if you use a shared computer or a computer in a public place.
ORDERS AND SHIPPING
All items for sale on the www.perichette.com e-boutique are available. If you wish to order a significant number of a particular item, please contact our Customer Service department by telephone (+1 913 313 25 92) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Each product is photographed with precise attention to detail, and the colors shown should accurately depict each product. However, it is possible that colors may vary slightly from one screen to another due to monitor display settings.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY
All shipments will be delivered by our selected courier service.
We process and send orders between Monday and Friday excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays. Out of Delivery Area and Express Delivery surcharges may apply. The shipping costs vary, depending on the amount of your order, and are indicated separately on the order form and invoice.
Predominantly for security reasons, PERICHETTE will not process any order for which a P.O. box address has been provided. For security reasons, all PERICHETTE packages are personally delivered to their recipients. No package can be dropped off at a mailbox.
PERICHETTE handcrafts all products in Milan, Italy within 60 days. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time. Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 60 days to be handmade.
The customer is responsible for the payment of customs taxes and the amount is calculated according to the law applicable in the country where goods are sent.
We don’t know the amount of customs taxes that will be communicated to you by the carrier after the goods have reached their destination.
In the event that the taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, the shipment expenses and the customs taxes will be deduced from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.
Our products are all made in Milan, Italy. In compliancy with our very high quality standards we make sure that each product meets our standards. We use the best materials and work only with very experienced artisans. We want you to be completely happy with your PERICHETTE handbag.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us within 10 (ten) days of delivery in its original condition for a refund in the original form of payment. PERICHETTE does not do refunds in cash.
To return your item, please send us an email to email@example.com.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping fees for returning the item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs will not be refunded by PERICHETTE in case of returns.
We recommend that the items be returned using a courier (i.e. UPS, DHL, FedEX), insuring the entire value of the item and using a tracked shipping service. We cannot be responsible for reimbursement or compensation of items returned but not received by us due to loss, theft or damage that is not attributable to us.
Please be aware that it may take a few days for us to process your return after we have received it. After we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you an email concerning your refund. The time it takes for you to get refunded depends on your credit card. The refund should appear on your credit card statement within two months of the return, at the latest. In case the recipient is not the same person that made the purchase, the refund will be booked onto the credit card holder’s account. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned in original condition and packaging, within 10 days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt.
If the bag is returned damaged, broken and in anyway not in its right condition, PERICHETTE has the right to refuse a refund. Refund will only happen after the bag has been returned back to our office safely.
The products are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please make sure they are packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
All merchandise must be in new and unused condition.
We accept exchanges within 10 (ten) days of the date you received the items. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (i.e. wrong size or color), please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to reserve the article in the size or color required. In case it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one, the new size or color will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is being exchanged.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item has to be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, accompanied by the relevant original invoice and in the original packaging.
The exchange is subject to the availability of the items requested. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
