A signature is required for your order delivery. For security reasons, Perichette orders require a signature upon delivery. Please be advised that when opting for a delivery in front of your door or to a neighbor, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your package.

Ground shipping is available on all domestic orders.  We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. 

Free shipping is available for made to order bags only. Duties & Taxes do not apply towards free shipping promotion. Please allow an additional five to eleven business days for processing of international orders.

All orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation unless otherwise stated on the product details. All orders received will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed Friday will ship the following Monday. Made to order and custom made orders will be shipped after 6-8weeks from the date of your order confirmation.

If you have an account with us, log in to your account. Go to “My Orders” and click “View Order.” Then click “Track Your Order” and a pop-up will appear with a tracking link. You can also find your tracking number in your order confirmation email. 

If you don’t have an account with us or have not received an order confirmation email please contact info@perichette.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code.

We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed.

Perichette strives for your complete satisfaction. If the products you have purchased do not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return them within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Returns are possible if all the following conditions are met:

• The merchandise you want to return was purchased from Perichette.com

• Your return request and shipping is submitted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

• The items are in their original condition and have not been worn, used, or altered.

• The items have not been used in photo shoots, social media posts, online, commercially, or for personal gain. All packaging shipped with your order must be returned.

• Any additional materials (dustbags, etc.) are returned along with the merchandise.

• The items are shipped back in their original packaging.

• The return is shipped with return label provided by the brand.

• The return is shipped from the same country in which the item was purchased.

If your return does not meet any of the above conditions, the package will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Additionally, Perichette cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of the returned package. As soon as your return has been accepted and processed, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. For security reasons, we cannot issue a refund to a different payment method and/or credit card. Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified by email.

Items indicated as ”Made to order” and  “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
